Using our Website

‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’ refers to Travelnitch, the owner of the website registered in Monson, MA.

‘You’, ‘Your’ refers to the user of the website.

  • No guarantees or warranties are provided as to the accuracy or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website; we accept no liabilities for any inaccuracies or errors;

You may access the homepage and certain other portions of the Website without registering for or logging into the Website, but other portions of the Website may require registration, now or in the future. These terms & conditions apply to and govern your use of all portions of the Website, regardless of whether you register. If you register on the Website, you may be asked to choose a username and password and to enter other information. Do not use personal information (for example, your first and last names) that can be used to identify who you are as your username. Travelnitch Explorers Membership Program


When you purchase a Travelnitch Explorers membership through the Website, we will charge the credit card or other payment method you have provided (your “Payment Method”). Your Payment Method will be billed on the 1st of each month, the same date your new content becomes available.

Travelnitch offers monthly memberships (“Monthly Memberships”), six and twelve month memberships (“Auto-renewing Memberships”).

Monthly Memberships will continue you elect to cancel your membership. Travelnitch will bill your Payment Method each month as stated above. You may elect to cancel your Monthly Membership by logging in to your account and canceling the membership or by emailing Travelnitch Support at info@travelnitch.pub. Cancellation must occur prior to the 1st of the month if you do not wish to receive your next installment.

Auto-renewing Memberships will continue for the initial term and will automatically renew for successive periods generally equal to the initial term of the membership. For example, a one year membership will renew at the end of the first year for an additional one year period. There is one exception to this general rule. Each Auto-renewing Membership will renew at the rate in effect at the time of renewal. You may not cancel an Auto-renewing Membership prior to the end of the current initial term. However you may cancel the auto-renewal feature of the membership by logging into your account and opting out of auto renew or by emailing Travelnitch Support at info@travelnitch.pub To be effective with respect to a renewal, your cancellation of the auto-renewal feature must take place no later than the 30th of the month prior to the first month of the scheduled renewal term. You are responsible for all renewal charges incurred unless you cancel the auto-renewal feature by the 30th of the month prior to the first month of the scheduled renewal term.

In order to continue your Monthly Membership or renew your Auto-renewing Membership, you authorize Travelnitch to charge your Payment Method for the payment due. Travelnitch reserves the right to retry billing your Payment Method after failed attempts (e.g., if your Payment Method is rejected). Travelnitch may update your Payment Method with information provided by the applicable payment service provider(s), and you authorize Travelnitch and its payment service provider(s) to continue to charge amounts due to the updated Payment Method. Travelnitch may charge your Payment Method even though it has expired by extending the expiration date of your Payment Method. This will continue until you notify Travelnitch that your Payment Method account is no longer valid.


As a new member, if you are dissatisfied with your Monthly Membership at any time during your first month, we will refund your initial payment and terminate your membership. Simply email Travelnitch Support at info@travelnitch.pub before the 1st of the following month for resolution.

Travelnitch does NOT offer refunds for its Auto-renewing Membership, which is why we strongly recommend you purchase a Monthly Membership before committing to a 6- or 12-month membership.


You agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with purchasing any products or services sold on the Website, but in no event attorneys’ fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms and conditions, or the rights and obligations of you as the user, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Massachusetts or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Massachusetts.

Contests and Promotions

From time to time, we may run contests or promotions from the Website. We will provide the rules for any such contests and promotions when they are made available on the Website. In order to participate in the contest or promotion, you may be required to agree to the posted rules and regulations applicable to such contest or promotion.
